Panasonic Professional Display Company, a unit
of Panasonic Corporation of North America, the industry leader in
professional plasma displays, has introduced the TH-103PF10UK, the all-new
103-inch 1080p full-HD professional plasma display. The newest member of
the popular 10-Series line of plasmas, the TH-103PF10UK incorporates
enhanced display technology and professional presentation capabilities.
The unit ships with a 100,000-hour service life, backed by Panasonic's
3-year warranty and world-class Plasma Concierge Service.
Noteworthy new features in the 10-Series 103-inch model include
industry-leading configurability for video wall environments, newly updated
video processing technology for superior imaging, enhanced wireless
presentation capabilities, versatile plug-in card functionality, and dual
HDMI functionality as a standard feature.
For commercial video wall environments, the TH-103PF10UK provides native
support for up to a 5 x 5 display configuration, the largest of any plasma
display in the industry. A new Portrait Zoom feature facilitates display
of a single horizontal image across three vertically mounted 103-inch
plasmas for an impactful display area of over 93 square feet.
New video processing technology results in an even sharper image when
displaying low resolution content or when zooming an image in video wall
applications. A new
Anti-Reflective coating helps reduce visible reflections in environments
where exterior or interior light can lead to unwanted reflections and
reduced image quality.
The 10-Series 103-inch plasma enhances corporate and educational
presentation environments via Panasonic's optional TY-FB10WPU Wireless
Presentation Module. As with all other 10-Series models (ranging from 37
inches up), the 103-inch, when paired with the wireless presentation
module, provides seamless PC to Plasma WiFi connectivity. User-friendly
software controls allow presenters to work from just about any location in
a room.
The 103-inch plasma ships standard with two plug-in boards: a Dual 1080p
HDMI Board (model TY-FB10HMD) and a Component Video Board (model
TY-42TM6A). It also comes with a built-in PC Input (15pinHD), Audio Input
(for PC), and Serial Control (RS-232C) Input.
