Recruits Senior Private Banking Team
NEW YORK, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Pali Holdings, Inc., an independent, full-service financial services firm, today announced the launch of its wealth management division -- Global Plus+ Investment Management, LLC (GPIM). The firm also announced that GPIM has begun business operations with a strategic equity investment from Grupo Mundial, one of the largest insurance, banking and international wealth management groups in Latin America.
Led by Luis A. Marino, Senior Managing Director, the group plans to offer a specialized, risk management-based service that will employ the most stable custodians and product providers to a select group of high-net-worth clients. Mr. Jorge Suarez-Velez, most recently Global Head of Private Banking for Latin America at ING Private Wealth Management, will lead the team of five professionals and report to Mr. Marino.
