TEMECULA, Calif., July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Outdoor Channel, America's
Leader in Outdoor TV, today announced record ratings increases for its Friday
Night Fishing block of outdoor programming. The block airs Fridays 7 p.m. to

percent.
"We've made a real effort to improve our fishing lineup -- in terms of

"We believe that our ratings growth confirms the Friday Night Fishing block's
appeal to anglers."

Fishing the World. Both programs are shot in HD.
Outdoor Channel's fishing lineup also includes several HD favorites like
Familiar Waters with Mike Pawlawski, Randy Jones' Strike Zone, Speargun
Hunter, Tarpon of Boca, Trout Unlimited On the Rise, Ultimate Match Fishing
