COLLEGE STATION, TX -- 11/10/09 --
O.I. Corporation (NASDAQ: OICO) today
announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.05 per common share payable on November 30, 2009, to shareholders of
record at the close of business on November 11, 2009.
