NORCROSS, Ga. - (Business Wire) Furukawa Electric North America, Inc., and OFS Fitel, LLC, both of Norcross, Georgia, on the one hand, and Draka Comteq B.V., of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and Draka Comteq America, Inc. of North Dighton, Massachusetts, on the other hand, are pleased to announce that the parties have fully and completely resolved the patent disputes at issue in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, Civ. Action No. 5:07-CV-00058 (the
“North Carolina Case
”) and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Civ. Action No. 2:07-CV-427. Having resolved these disputes, the parties jointly look forward to a continued successful future business relationship.
