NorthgateArinso, the global provider of HR
systems and services, has appointed Troy Workman as its new vice president
of service delivery in the Americas. Workman will be charged with
overseeing the operations of NorthgateArinso's service centers in Atlanta,
GA and Buenos Aires, Argentina, which support its human resource
outsourcing customers in North and South America.
A seasoned expert with more than 22 years' experience in the HR and
outsourcing industries, Workman most recently served as vice president of
HRO at Accenture. In this role he was responsible for the delivery of
benefits, HR service technology, compliance, payroll, tax and garnishments,
and distribution services to over 20 clients comprising 80,000 employees.
Prior to Accenture, Troy ran the shared service center for Koch Industries.
