Nimbit Inc., the leading direct-to-fan

an integrated redemption program for distributing music through its broad
network of online storefronts. The program provides a powerful tool for
building artist brands by driving fans to redeem encoded cards for product
directly through the artist storefront on their website and social
networking pages.
Artists and labels can sell nimbitCards(TM) at shows and retail outlets or
give them away as a promotional tool. The cards are then redeemed for music
via the artist's nimbitOMT(TM) or nimbitSkin(TM) store on their official
website, MySpace page, or other profile pages. By integrating a download
card program into the artist storefront, fans can take instant delivery or
purchase additional products, including digital and physical music,
merchandise and tickets. Also, unlike iTunes, eMusic and other e-Tailers,
the Nimbit platform passes all customer information along to the artist or
label.

into other redemption solutions and felt that the experience should provide
a direct connection to the artist and their entire catalog of products. The
goal here is for the entire process to reinforce the artist brand, turning

The company is offering nimbitCards(TM) in a variety of formats which
distribute redemption codes along with the artist's artwork and messaging.
Each nimbitCard(TM) program can be custom configured to direct fans to a
specific storefront URL and each campaign is tracked by detailed reports.
In addition to accepting nimbitCards(TM), the Nimbit storefront platform
accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
