SAN JOSE, Calif., May 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Barry Swenson Builder, two-time running recipient of "Developer of the Year" 2005 and 2006, hosts City Heights Condominium Tower official Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony to introduce the business and real estate community to San Jose's first high-rise residential tower in downtown. On May 10, 2007, Barry Swenson Builder, along with special guest Mayor Chuck Reed, will celebrate City Lights at City Heights, inviting all city officials, community members, business professionals, real estate professionals and representatives of the media to this momentous occasion. The event is being held at 175 W. St. James Street in one of City Heights' spectacular Penthouse Suites where guests will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of San Jose from a completely new perspective. San Jose mayor, Chuck Reed, will lead the official ribbon-cutting ceremony at precisely 5:30 p.m.
According to Christie Reynolds, Development Project Manager at City Heights for Barry Swenson Builder, "Construction on the City Heights tower began just about a year ago but the vision of downtown San Jose's first residential high-rise was seven years in the making. Now that construction is complete, we are able to truly absorb the views we have been imagining throughout this entire process. We are inviting the community up to the Penthouse to experience the views for themselves. Never before have high-rise condominium homes been available in downtown San Jose. We are very excited to be the first to come on the market and the first to provide occupancy to our buyers. The views of San Jose's skyline and foothills are just spectacular. We are inviting everyone to watch the sunset and showcase San Jose's true beauty."
City Heights, having already won an award for Residential Development of the Year 2006, is certain to be on the forefront of San Jose's metropolitan living.
