SAN DIEGO, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- BuywiseRealty.com, a hybrid online and full-service real estate company, announced today the official launch of its Website, . This unique site allows house-hunters not only to search for San Diego County homes listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database, but also place online offers on properties. BuywiseRealty.com then steps in to close the transaction professionally. By finding your own home and making an online offer BuywiseRealty.com will pay you 66% of its commission in cash -- currently, the largest rebate in the real estate industry.
BuywiseRealty.com has created a site where the homebuyer can see what the Realtor sees, putting their clients in the agent's driving seat. The company's state-of-the-art satellite mapping system brilliantly maps every listing on the MLS. Tools are easily accessed giving potential homebuyers instant online appraisals, showing them comparable sales and public data on each home. "It's really very neat," says Chris Armes of BuywiseRealty.com. "Our clients can evaluate every home on the MLS to make sure they are getting the value they deserve."
Armes created BuywiseRealty.com to reward homebuyers who often do the majority of the legwork in finding their homes. He also wanted a second program for those buyers who want a traditional real estate buying experience with an agent, but also want to save thousands of dollars.
"We have created two buyer programs, both of which save the client thousands of dollars. We have an online program, where a homebuyer can receive 66 percent of a typical buyer agent commission when they find and view their own home. We have also created a full-service program where we pay all the closing costs," states Armes. Many homebuyers do not realize how much extra money they need to close a typical real estate transaction. In many instances closing costs can add up to a whopping two percent of the home's purchase price -- an average of $6,000-$12,000.
"Let's say that a visitor to the site makes an offer on a $600,000 home and the offer is accepted. BuywiseRealty.com, as the Realtor, receives three percent of the home's purchase price as commission. The site then pays the visitor 66 percent of the commission -- approximately $11,800 in cash when they find their own home," Armes says.
"Conversely, if a client wants us to provide private home tours, on the same $600,000 purchase they can still save the same $11,800 by using our closing services, as we pick up their closing costs. Either way the buyer wins," Armes continues. Buywise tracks each offer, efficiently handling each transaction. The site's case managers take charge from offer to close. Armes pronounces, "Our goal is to provide our clients with excellent service while giving them a homebuying experience that is both exciting and rewarding."
