- CREDANT Now Secures Mobile Data for 25% of Fortune 100, Seven NewFederal Agencies and Growing List of Enterprise Companies
CREDANT Technologies(R), the market leader in mobile data protectionsolutions, today announced continued strong growth during 2006. For thesecond year in a row, the company experienced a triple digit increase inrevenue bookings over prior year and nearly doubled the number of cumulativeproduct licenses sold. Rapid customer adoption increased revenue bookingsover 2005 by 192% and increased the number of cumulative product licensessold from 1.8 million at the end of 2005 to 3.4 million in 2006. CREDANT'sphenomenal growth now includes 25 of the Fortune 100 companies and, with theaddition of 150 new clients in 2006; the total number of CREDANT customershas increased to 330. Achieving the growth that CREDANT has experienced, is adirect result of successfully teaming with indirect partner channels thatcontributed 58% of revenues in the fourth quarter.

Customer Momentum Driven by Continued Adoption in Top Three RegulatedIndustries
CREDANT's unparalleled success in securing 3.4 million devices in arecord four year period is based on the selection of CREDANT Mobile Guardianby organizations worldwide. The company experienced especially strong growthwithin Government, Insurance/Financial Services, and Healthcare. By the endof 2006, these verticals accounted for 64% of CREDANT's customer base. Newgovernment customers in 2006 included the Transportation SecurityAdministration (TSA), Department of Homeland Security, Department ofConservation, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Department ofWater Resources, Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and General ServicesAdministration (GSA). CREDANT also welcomed the State of Minnesota and theState of California Department of Mental Health.
Within the Insurance and Financial Services industries, the companywelcomed a number of companies that are listed in the Global 100 and Fortune500, including one of Wall Street's top three financial services companies,one of the nation's largest financial services providers of securitiesbrokerage, banking, wealth management, and related services, a leading onlinediscount brokerage services firm, a global 100 insurance-based financialservices provider, and one of the largest insurance companies in the U.S. andJapan.

Technology Partnerships with Cisco Systems, HP, Microsoft, and RSA andNew Versions of CREDANT Mobile Guardian Continue History of Innovation
CREDANT once again raised the bar on protecting mobile data with two newinnovative releases of its flagship product, CREDANT Mobile GuardianEnterprise Edition. With release 5.1 announced in March 2006, CREDANT becamethe first solution provider that aligned security with the type of user,device and location and delivered one solution to control and protect allmobile data with security policies that "follow the data" across allendpoints. With release 5.2 announced in October, CREDANT redefined ease ofuse, operational management and security with three industry firsts:
1. CMG Shield support for Cisco Network Admission Control (NAC) protects the enterprise against unauthorized or unsecured PCs from entering the corporate network. By denying access to PCs that do not have the CMG Shield installed, CREDANT and Cisco NAC ensure that all PCs meet security policy for compliance. 2. Over-the-air Sync Control for Microsoft Exchange Server defends the enterprise by detecting and blocking any non-CMG Shielded handheld mobile device from downloading business email, ensuring that all handheld mobile devices meet corporate data privacy policies. 3. Proximity-based Handheld Access provides hands-free smartphone or PDA access and continuous operation that promotes safer use of mobile devices while driving.
In 2006 CREDANT joined the RSA Secured(R) Partner Program, and CREDANT'sflagship product, CREDANT Mobile Guardian (CMG) Enterprise Edition wasawarded RSA Secured(R) certification with RSA SecurID(R) for Microsoft(R)Windows(R) solution, signaling its interoperability with industry leadingtwo-factor authentication technology from RSA Security. CREDANT and RSASecurity completed extensive interoperability testing that allows CREDANT tooffer an interoperable solution to joint enterprise customers by ensuringthat notebook computers, tablet PCs and valuable network resources areaccessible only by authorized users.
Continued momentum with Microsoft culminated in advisory and joint'go-to-market' initiatives for Windows Mobile.
