This event, produced by Service Strategies in cooperation with the Association of Support Professionals (ASP) and the Consortium for Service Innovation, (CSI) brings together support professionals from a variety of industries in an effort to gain compelling insight from service leaders into two of the support industry's hottest topics -- eService and knowledge management -- and how it is changing the way we do business.
