NORFOLK, Va., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion Enterprises, a leading media and information services company, today said that it has acquired Pullan Communications, Los Angeles, Calif., for an undisclosed cash purchase price.
With nearly 6,000 customers, Pullan Communications is a leader in real estate marketing solutions and provides Web site development and e-mail marketing services to real estate professionals nationwide, with particular strengths in California and Hawaii. The company has annual revenue of approximately $2.3 million.

The acquisition follows Dominion's purchase of Advanced Access, Anaheim, Calif., in September 2006, and strengthens the Company's leadership in web services and classified advertising for the real estate industry. With the addition of Pullan's online e-mail marketing systems and lead generation solutions, Dominion will provide one of the most comprehensive offerings of Internet tools for real estate professionals.

President of Pullan Communications Terry Pullan, who founded the company with his wife Andrea in 2001, will continue with Dominion as general manager of the business.
