SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Aabalat Fine & Rare Wines will be holding a holiday auction offering some of the most spectacular European and Californian wines: 64 lots with an estimated value of $10,000,000.00. A press conference will be held between 9:30 am and 10 am on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 in the Alexandra Room of the Westin St. Francis located at 335 Powel St., San Francisco, CA 94102. A portion of the auction lots will be a charitable contribution benefiting Immune Enhancement Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting healing and wellness by providing high-quality, accessible, and affordable Traditional Chinese Medicine and other healing arts to the community. IEP's overriding goal is to address the needs of racial, ethnic, linguistic and other cultural populations that experience unequal access to health care service. Partial proceeds of the Gastronomic Tour De France will benefit the Michael O. Sajbel Memorial Scholarship to the UCS Film School for students with disabilities specifically focused on Crohn's and Asperger Syndrome. Aabalat was founded in 1995 as a great source for fine and rare wines from the greatest wine producers around the world. Aabalat Fine & Rare Wines
