In 2004, husband/father Danny Pauni died of a heart attack, leaving his wife Janet, their nine children and live-in nephew struggling financially. The family now runs four businesses to make ends meet, including a Tongan catering business. Despite their own hardships, they still find time to donate and deliver food to needy families and volunteer their services for the elderly.
