CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 11  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Goodrich Corporation  has appointed Mike McAuley as Vice President and Treasurer. McAuley, former Vice President and Segment Controller of the company's Actuation and Landing Systems Segment, assumes his new role today, reporting to Scott Kuechle, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. McAuley replaces Houghton Lewis, who will be leaving the company in early January.
Commenting on the changes, Kuechle said, "I would like to thank Houghton for his significant contributions to Goodrich over the last eight years, and wish him well in his future endeavors. Mike has made a strong contribution to Goodrich since joining the company in 2004. His previous experience in the chemical industry in a variety of accounting, finance and investor relations roles provides a solid foundation for him as he transitions into his new role."
McAuley joined Goodrich in 2004 as Vice President and Controller of what is now the company's Actuation and Landing Systems Segment. Prior to Goodrich, he spent 16 years in the chemical industry with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. in a variety of financial leadership roles. McAuley holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Allegheny College, Pa. and a Master of Science in Management from The Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, Ind. He is a Certified Management Accountant.
