In this role, Mr. Gardner has full responsibility for management and control of ACCESS' day-to-day activities, and will play an important role in advancing the company's strategic business plans.

He is an industry-recognized, results-driven expert in building, leading, and managing successful organizations that have ranked amongst the top of industry achievers in government IT services. He has wide- ranging expertise in operations management and business development in both services and products markets. Mr. Gardner specializes in structuring an organization's business plans and approach to enact growth organically and through merger and acquisition. He has extensive experience in successfully leading small, mid-tier, and large business organizations.
