PITTSBURGH, Dec. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- A new Corporate Pricing Agreement, effective October 1, 2007, establishes a contract vehicle and price agreement for Lockheed Martin business units purchasing Formtek products and services.
Lockheed Martin Corporation has long been a customer of Formtek, with over 10,000 users of Formtek's Technical Document Management software suite in use throughout various Lockheed Martin business units today. The new Corporate Pricing Agreement replaces a previous Agreement that was originally established in February 1992.
