SAO JOSE DO RIO PRETO, Brazil, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rodobens Negocios Imobiliarios S.A. ("Rodobens", "RNI", Bovespa: RDNI3) informs that it has reached R$380 million in PSV (Pre-sales Value) launched during the current year through November.
The R$380 million in project launches -- Rodobens' share only -- was the company's floor target for the year and the guidance given to the market. The value already launched is 322% higher than the R$90 million launched in 2006, and 55% higher the original 2007 target (IPO) of R$245 million, which was revised upwards in the first half of 2007.
The company's minimum target for project launches in 2008 is R$500-550 million, with upward bias. The management's choice is to work with realistic targets of launches execution, and which sales speed come out above the sector's average.
Five sales launchings in the months of October and November (4Q07) contributed to reaching the 2007 project launches target, totaling R$78 million in PSV Rodobens and 1,083 units. Those were:
Other multi-phased Terra Nova Rodobens projects are already in pre- launching phase, such as in the cities of Cascavel (Parana) and Marilia (Sao Paulo), with significant number of reservations made by buyers and likely to be launched in 2007.
