PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 20  /PRNewswire/ -- This holiday season, Philadelphia's making it easy for shoppers to stay within budget thanks to an online gift guide featuring 50 thoroughly thoughtful and completely unique presents priced between $10 and $100.
