The development is the "East End Flats" with work scheduled to begin later this month. The project will comprise of 27 loft apartments with street-side retail stores.
The general contractor, Ion Constructors, LCC based in Austin, has awarded American Geothermal the HVAC systems. The total contract value will generate revenues estimated at $150,000.00 for the company.
