Phoenix Coyotes franchise has implemented Coupa On Demand across its three
business units -- the National Hockey League Phoenix Coyotes led by
managing partner-head coach Wayne Gretzky, the National Lacrosse League
Arizona Sting, and the Jobing.com Arena. Coupa On Demand enables the
organization to streamline its procurement processes, boost productivity,
and save money buying services, equipment, supplies, and promotional items.
Coupa On Demand is the first full-featured, on demand e-procurement
solution for SMBs that automates the entire procure-to-pay process from
requisitioning and purchase order creation to RFQ generation, receiving,
inventory, and invoicing.

Over the years, the various departments began handling purchasing in
different ways. Recently, the Coyotes' finance group recognized a need to
centralize and standardize the purchasing function by controlling

well as instituting a formal approvals process.

Coupa On Demand has already been rolled out to the Coyote's purchasing
department. Once fully deployed, approximately 40 of the Coyotes' 150
full-time employees will use the system in its purchasing, marketing,
ticketing, finance, IT, and community relations departments. They will use
the Coupa system to buy everything from IT consulting and sports equipment
to marketing giveaways and office supplies.
