Over the past 10 years, Mr. Rogers has focused his deal transactions on leveraged acquisition finance, supporting a range of private equity sponsors and senior management teams. Most recently, he spent the last several years as a senior banker at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Director, and Global Relationship Manager for ABN AMRO Bank. Mr. Rogers currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Children's Friend and Family Services, as well as Chairman of the Finance Committee. He also serves as a member of the Dean's Advisory Board for the Roger Williams University Gabelli School of Business. Mr. Rogers received his M.B.A. degree from Northeastern University and his B.A. degree from Roger Williams College.
