WASHINGTON, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Cullen Law Firm, PLLC, filed a petition today on behalf of the, Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (a.k.a. OOIDA) in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia challenging the September 6, 2007, decision of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), part of the Department of Transportation, to proceed with a program that would authorize up to 100 trucking companies based in Mexico to perform long-haul operations within the United States, beyond the current commercial zone at the border. The basis of OOIDA's challenge is that FMCSA has not followed Congressional directives to implement its Mexican Truck initiatives as a pilot program and has ignored important substantive and procedural rights of professional truck drivers in this country.
An Act of Congress signed into law on May 25, 2007, prohibited FMCSA from opening the border to Mexican truck unless it first conducted a pilot program. By regulation, pilot programs must ensure that the safety measures in the project are designed to achieve a level of safety that is equivalent to, or greater than, the level of safety otherwise required by the FMCSA. The pilot program also requires that the FMCSA also give the public the opportunity to comment on the results of the program. FMCSA ignored all of these requirements in implementing its Mexican truck program. OOIDA's petition asks the Court to enjoin the agency's action and follow the proper procedures before it opens the border to Mexican trucks.
OOIDA has asked the DC Circuit to rule on its emergency motion with 14 days. The full petition can be found at http://www.cullenlaw.com/.

Before the Last Dollar colaspe in the early 70's when Oil went from 2.00 usd to 8.00 usd per Barrel as a result from the hidden inflation from the Vietnam War we were a 80-90% manufacturing economy. We went through hardships for over 20 years while our economy made the transition from 80%+ manufacturing to 80%+ Service economy. We hit the sweet spot in the late 90's when we finally hit full employment with low inflation. Then came the Rupture of the Asian Tigers, and the massive bank bailout that ensued, along with the Dot Com bust that effected the employment situation. Then the Fraud called 9-11 was created, along with the unlimited War on Terror to take care of the rest of the surpluses that were built up to produce the hidden inflation that resulted in once again Oil Prices were raised, along with its true cost gauge the price of Gold. Now the only thing that can negativlly effect a Service Economy is Unlimited Immigration of PEOPLE, which we now have with our unsecured, and since the arrest an inprisionment of the 2 Border Guards, UNENFORCEMENT of our Borders. This Next wave of hyper inflation will Destroy this Country as we know it. People better WAKE UP soon before the final nails are hammered in, and start to make visible and open protests to the govenment, before they crawl into their UNDERGROUND bunkers they built with OUR public monies, to await our total destruction!

Mexican Trucks & NAFTA
By: Tom , Sun, 09 Sep 2007 17:55:54 GMT

G.W.'s following in the footsteps of his father and Clinton with the aid of the Council on Foreign Relations/David Rockefeller - all globalists with higher motives in mind. G.W.H. Bush pushed the CFR-conceived NAFTA and Clinton signed it shortly after becoming President. NAFTA called for the Mexican truck drivers to come into this country several years ago and was apparently delayed for some reason. G.W.'s just finally following through with the plan. There's a huge rumor on the internet about the CFR-conceived North American Union yet G.W. is denying it and the news media doesn't even bother to investigate the truth or fiction of it. The American public is being kept in the dark intentionally and that's what the CFR wants. For now, info on the NAU appears on the internet there's no media coverage to crosscheck or verify what we read on the internet.
