VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- 08/16/07 -- BioLife Remedies, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: BLRS) -

There are 20.8 million children and adults in the United States (7% of the population) who have diabetes. An estimated 14.6 million have been diagnosed with diabetes; unfortunately, 6.2 million people (or nearly one-third) are unaware that they have the disease. If present trends continue, one in three Americans and 1 in 2 minorities born in 2000 will develop diabetes in their lifetime. Each day, approximately 4,110 people are diagnosed with diabetes. In 2005 1.5 million new cases of diabetes were diagnosed in people age 20 years or older.

About the Company

BIOLIFE REMEDIES, INC. combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western research and development practices with scientific technology to produce effective medical and healthcare products to combat serious diseases.

Over the years 11 products were developed by BLRS to treat various diseases including diabetes, prostateria, osteoporosis, cerebrovascular disease, cardiac vascular disease, hypertension, menopause, male & female sexual disorder, and intelligence development in children.

Diabetic Supplements

Zutrol is for diabetics with serious complications. There are approximately 14 million people in the U.S. who have this condition.

Betatrol is for pre-diabetics and new patients diagnosed with Type 2 diabetics.

There are 54 million people in the United States who have pre-diabetes.

Dia-kids is for children with diabetes.

Diabetes is one of the most common chronic childhood diseases. In the United States about 125,000 youth (younger than age 19) have diabetes and about 13,000 new cases are found each year.

Erectile Dysfunction Supplements

Dia-x is a product developed for the diabetic male with erectile dysfunction (ED). Men with diabetes are 2 times as likely to experience erectile dysfunction as men without diabetes. Extensive studies and tests of the formula were conducted and herbs were identified that are effective in getting and keeping an erection for sexual activity while helping men to control blood glucose levels.

Chi-agra is another product for men with erectile dysfunction.

High Cholesterol Supplements

Cholessra lowers high cholesterol safely without side effects and also prevents weight gain.

Why Invest? The annual economic cost of diabetes in 2002 was estimated to be $132 billion. The market for Natural health supplements is approximately $4.7 billion and growing rapidly. BioLife will only need to capture a small percentage of this market to become profitable and now's the time to invest.
