today announced record second quarter results for June 30, 2007. Revenues
increased approximately 43% as compared to the same period last year.
Revenues were $4,088,536 compared to $2,861,897 for the same period last
year, or an increase of $1,226,639. Net income before income tax saw a
profit of $226,132 earnings per share compared to $113,766 for the same
period last year. The increase of $112,366 or approximately 99% reflects
the Company's strong continued growth and profitability. For the six months
ending June 30, 2007, revenues were $6,875,335, an increase of $1,637,999
or approximately 31%, compared to net sales of $5,237,336 for the same
period in 2006. Net income before taxes for the six month period was
$343,441, an increase of $187,543 or an increase of approximately 120% over
last year's same period results of $155,898. The increase in revenues and
profit was attributed to the strong demand the Company is receiving for its
products and services. Jimmy Wang, CEO of Worldwide, stated, "I am
extremely pleased with these results. Our trend of record revenues
continues along with strong profitability. We have been able to achieve
double digit growth along with strong profitability. It is apparent our
business model is working, as evidenced by the recent announcement of a
million dollar order for stamping products by Gilbarco Inc., a large
subsidiary of Danaher Corporation. We plan to continue with this model,
which includes further acquisitions in the future." Additionally, Mr. Wang
commented that 2007 is anticipated to be another record year for
profitability and revenue growth.
