The world's first higher yielding global intelligent property fund is
launched today, which eliminates the high fees normally associated with fund
transactions and brings private banking standards to the fund investor.
This property fund is a new initiative from Seven Continent Investment
(7Ci) and is the first in a series of funds due to be launched by the
company.
The aim is to create a much higher yielding fund by purchasing the assets
at their true value, owing to the reduction of layering costs of stock
brokerage charges, multiple custodian fees, settlement charges and agent's
fees.
This property fund offers an innovative approach in the way financial and
property experts are working together. 7Ci, whose core business is to seek
out excellent property investment opportunities for their investors, will be
applying their knowledge of the international property market to ensure the
best possible properties make up the fund's portfolio. The fund managers at
Monvey International each have over 15 years experience in the financial
industry, and their past experience includes acting as real estate advisors
to some of the major global players.
7Ci will be investing in properties covering a minimum of three
currencies and at least three geographical regions. The fund will have a
maximum of 70 shareholders and will close after six months. The fund will run
for five years and the properties will be sold, with profits being returned
to investors.
