Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: BPEV) is pleased to announce that it has finalized
an agreement with Moonen Packaging. Under terms of the agreement, Moonen
Packaging will become the sole sales distributor and exclusive
representative of Biopack's unique 100% biodegradable product in Europe.
As a result of this joint venture, all European sales will fall under the
Roots Biopack Europe branding. The initial term of the agreement is three
years.
Moonen Packaging is a Netherlands-based company. It is one of the major
suppliers in Europe of biodegradable packaging products with more than 40
years of operational experience in the packaging industry. Moonen Packaging
has an extensive distribution channel and provides packaging and packaging
materials to supermarket chains, the food industry, government institutions
and industrial consumers throughout Europe. Moonen Packaging is one of the
largest distributors in Europe.
In view of the strongly emerging European biodegradable packaging market,
Roots Biopack Europe aims to provide a complete supply chain to meet
increased demands in sales. This is to be achieved by streamlining the
distribution network and end-user channels. This will increase sales and
support efficiency, reduce product development cycles and provide superior
value added services to the increasing base of European clients. Projected
sales benchmarks as a result of this agreement are of $5,000,000 in the
first year with a progressive growth of 50% per annum.
