REDMOND, Wash., Nov. 1  /PRNewswire/ -- SolutionsIQ. Inc., a leading provider of information technology services, staffing and consulting, today announced that Cliff Chirls, Evan Campbell and Steve Angelo have been promoted to new executive management positions at the company. The announcement comes one month after the company was acquired by now CEO and President Charlie Rudd, a long-time executive of SolutionsIQ. The new promotions signify further progress in the company evolution - to take its strong roots and build upon them through new services, expanded Agile consulting and a clear focus on customer satisfaction.

The new executive management team members are: Cliff Chirls, Chief Operating Officer Along with overseeing operations and customer satisfaction, Chirls will lead SolutionsIQ's staffing division, business development, marketing and sales functions. Prior to being named to his new post, Chirls was vice president of sales and marketing and responsible for leading SolutionsIQ's revenue-generating resources and formulating the SolutionsIQ market strategy and positioning. Evan Campbell, Chief Technology Officer and VP of Technology Services Campbell will lead and direct the technology vision of the organization. In addition, he will be responsible for the technology services division, Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) consulting and the software development practice. Campbell brings more than 16 years of technology experience to SolutionsIQ, including expert knowledge on Java-based technologies, large scale enterprise systems, mobile computing systems and telecommunications. Steve Angelo, Vice President of Business Services and Vertical Solutions Prior to being named vice president of business services and vertical solutions, Angelo was vice president of consulting services for the company. Angelo will direct the company's activities in the following key vertical markets: business consulting, education and government services. Angelo will oversee the national Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and portals practice that serves K-12, higher education and public sector organizations.
