Encore Legal Solutions, a leading national
provider of electronic discovery and related services, today announced that
Gregory J. Spicer has been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Spicer was previously Vice President, National Accounts. He will continue
to be based in Newport Beach, Calif.
In his new capacity, Spicer will serve as Encore's sales and marketing
leader. In addition to continuing to manage Encore's National Accounts
Management Team, he will assume responsibility for leading the company's
overall sales function, including training, recruitment, measurement, and
implementation of rewards and recognition programs. He will also be
responsible for development of effective marketing and communications
programs to precede and support Encore's global sales activities and help
increase Encore brand recognition and reputation as a first-rate,
knowledge-driven service provider.

and professional services companies, will help us to continue our

Prior to joining Encore in 2006, Spicer was Vice President of Professional
Services for Whitmont Legal Technologies, where he supervised the company's
national Professional Services Group. Previously, he had been Whitmont's
Vice President of Sales, responsible for all management, training and
development of all sales personnel. Prior to joining Whitmont, Spicer has
worked at IKON Legal Document Services, managing large projects for Fortune
500 companies.
Spicer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, with a minor in
international trade and development, from California Polytechnic State
University, San Luis Obispo.
