CHICAGO, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Today The British Midlands Development Corporation, the economic development agency for central England, announced that Ohio based Edgetech I.G. Inc., will locate its first manufacturing facility outside of North America, in The Midlands.
Located just 90 miles north of London, The British Midlands will be home to Edgetech's first European manufacturing facility, which will service the company's clients across the UK and throughout Europe.
Edgetech I.G. Inc. manufactures a unique polymer sponge rubber architectural seal, Super Spacer(R), which dramatically improves window and door insulation and energy efficiency. Super Spacers' energy conservation qualities have been recognized by the British Fenestrations Rating Council and the UK Energy Saving Trust, as well as the German Intelligent Architecture Association.
