WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- EYA Urban Realtors(R) announced today that it has named Suzanne Des Marais, a DC real estate specialist recognized for her knowledge of up and coming urban neighborhoods, as its new Director of Sales. Des Marais will oversee the company's sales team, its recruitment and training of new agents and its marketing efforts, including the weekly publication "First Look Thursday" and the company's website, eyaurban.com.

Des Marais earned a Bachelors Degree from Penn State University and a Masters from George Washington University. She is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and holds a real estate broker's license as well. She is actively involved in professional associations and is currently enrolled in GCAAR's (Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors(R)) Leadership Institute.
