China DongSheng International, Inc. (OTCBB: CDSG) (the "Company") announced today that DongSheng Weiye Science and
Technology Co. Ltd., the Company's wholly owned China-based operating
subsidiary, has received Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) accreditation
(GB17405-1998) for its tablet, capsule, granule, soft gel and hard gel
health food products. The newly certified 4,800 M2 of production facilities
have already been put into production. The accreditation is good for four
years, starting as of May 9, 2007.

Provincial Department of Health. This is yet another important landmark
development in our Company's history. It is the result of our Company's
consistent pursuit of higher manufacturing standards. With the new
production facilities and equipment put into use and the new GMP
