RIA DATABASE Sues the Financial Information Group (Discovery Database) for Defamation, Trade Libel, and Tortuous Interference With Business

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Financial Information Group is intentionally interfering and attempting to deter business away from RIA DATABASE a countersuit alleges filed by RIA DATABASE (A Labworks, LLC Company) and its Founder and President Julie Cooling in the United States District Court of New Jersey.
The Financial Information Group (TFIG), which operates Discovery Database, filed suit against RIA DATABASE last month. RIA DATABASE contends that TFIG's entire lawsuit is frivolous and without merit. RIA DATABASE believes that TFIG's lawsuit is a response to competitive pressure.
