VERO BEACH, Fla., Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Ron Rennick, President of Ron Rennick Auctions, Inc., has announced that his company's goal of contracting 50 properties for a Real Estate Auction Extravaganza has been reached and exceeded. The auction will be held at the Vero Beach Museum of Art on Saturday, November 18th.
"During our initial phase of acquiring property for auction, we organized an aggressive advertising campaign to help us find the most serious sellers," stated Rennick during a recent interview. "The phones in our office began to ring from the day our first advertisement was released. Our agents met with over 250 sellers to select the properties for this auction. We have passed the 60 mark, and I will admit we are tremendously pleased with the quality of properties we have contracted."
Potential buyers can expect to find a wide variety of quality oceanfront, riverfront, and beachside homes and condos mainly located in Vero Beach with a total value over $50,000,000. Other properties included in the auction will feature new homes in developing areas, as well as commercial land and buildings. Beachside and Riverfront properties will be auctioned from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., while properties in the "Town and Country" category will be auctioned from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
"Buyers are in for a real treat because we have gathered a phenomenal collection of great properties for the auction extravaganza," exclaims Ron Rennick. "These 60 properties are owned by 58 different sellers who are serious about moving their property and have each paid an advertising fee to reach potential buyers who may be interested in buying them."
A bird's eye view of the inventory includes 5 oceanfront properties, 12 riverfront properties and 22 properties on the west side of Vero Beach that include beautiful estate homes in prime locations.
Some of the more unusual properties include 5 acres on the Sebastian River zoned for commercial, office and residential use; a historic landmark known as the Fellsmere Inn which has 22 guest rooms upstairs and 10,000 sq. ft. commercial space; 3- to 5-acre building sites; a high rise condo in Palm Beach and a riverfront home in Jensen Beach.
"Buyers need to come prepared to bid and buy with a $25,000 cashier's check per property in order to bid. They can pay the balance of the 10% deposit by personal check," explains Rennick.
Rennick recommends that potential buyers visit his company's website, rennickauctions.com to see photos and locations of the properties. Buyers must rely on their own due diligence as properties are sold "as is." "Most properties are in excellent condition," he added.
