"As a result of winding down several subsidiaries and focusing on integrating Kelley Technologies with its revenue streams and lines of business, we believe the name Network Installation Corp. is no longer indicative of our business," says Hultman. "This combined with our management's aggressive turnaround plan, we believe the time was right to introduce Siena Technologies to reinforce our commitment to this long-term strategy." Earlier this year, the company approved the restructuring of $9.1 million of convertible debentures and the retirement of the attached 5.7 million warrants to purchase the company's common stock. This action allowed Siena to recognize a gain on the restructuring in the amount of more than $900,000 for its second quarter ending June 30, 2006. Recently, the company debuted its proprietary next generation Race & Sports Book Technology as part of an $8 million contract at Station Casino's Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa, and also completed a $1.5 million installation at Boyd Gaming Corporation's Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City. In addition, Kelley delivered its Race & Sports Book Technology to Station Casino's Green Valley Ranch in Las Vegas with Santa Fe Station Hotel and Casino slated for an installation in December 2006. The combined Green Valley and Santa Fe Station contracts will generate $6 million-plus in revenue in 2006. In addition, the company has become known as a 'one-stop shop' for all the design and build services, including a digital 'triple play' of video, voice, and data for high-end condominium developments. Its extensive product offerings are already being showcased at numerous Las Vegas properties including The W Hotel Condos, Pinnacle and Spa Lofts. Success in this burgeoning market can also be found at the SoHo Lofts in Las Vegas, where the company designed and built all enhanced support systems for the property, which generated approximately $500,000 in revenue, as well as at Mira Villa, where the company is installing all low voltage wiring over the next 18 months generating another $750,000 in revenue. At One Las Vegas, the company is not only designing and building all of the advanced support systems at the property, but will also be offering cable and high-speed Internet services to residents. "These important milestones, plus other exciting new business wins will certainly help to raise the visibility and credibility of Siena Technologies," says Hultman. "I believe the name Siena Technologies will soon become synonymous with success and quality in dynamic new technology markets."
