BELLEVUE, Wash., May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Corum Group is proud to announce the closing of the sale of its client, Crane Telecommunications Group Limited, a leading United Kingdom-based value added distributor of voice, data and converged communications solutions, to Datatec Limited on behalf of its subsidiary, Westcon.
Crane, backed by private equity investment group APAX, with over 250 resellers in the UK, Ireland, Benelux and France, has established partnerships with many market-leading vendors including Avaya, Nortel, Alcatel, BT Network Services and Samsung. Crane achieved a turnover of pounds sterling 74 million in 2006.
