Trinity Industries, Inc. Announces New Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Strategic Sourcing

DALLAS, May 7  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Trinity Industries, Inc.  today elected Paul M. Jolas as Corporate Secretary and Adrian E. Lee as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing.
Mr. Jolas, age 43, joined Trinity in 2006 as Deputy General Counsel in charge of Corporate and Transactions.  He will continue in this role in addition to serving as Corporate Secretary.  Prior to working for Trinity, Mr. Jolas served as Senior Regional Counsel for the Texas Division of KB Home; General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary for Radiologix, Inc.; and as a member of the Corporate Securities Group for Haynes and Boone, LLP.  Mr. Jolas earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Duke University School of Law.
Mr. Jolas succeeds Michael Fortado, who will serve as Special Counsel to the Board until he retires in the fall of 2008.  Mr. Fortado has served as Corporate Secretary since 1997.
Mr. Lee, age 56, joined Trinity in 2006 as Corporate Director of Strategic Sourcing.  Prior to working for Trinity, Mr. Lee served as Group Purchasing Manager for Ameron International Water Transmission Group and as Flat Rolled Product Manager for Crest Steel Corporation.  Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from California Lutheran University.
