NEW YORK - (Business Wire) Needham & Company, LLC, a privately held, full-service investment bank, announced today that Jeff Liu has joined the firm as a Managing Director and Head of the Software Investment Banking Group. Most recently, Mr. Liu was the Head of software investment banking at Bank of America. Prior to that, Jeff was an executive-in-residence at New Enterprise Associates in Menlo Park. Earlier in his career, Mr. Liu headed the software investment banking team at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown and served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.
