services, today announced that The Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the
world's largest and finest art museums with more than two million works of
art from every part of the globe, completed its migration to NaviSite for
managed application services to support the institution's finance,
accounting, and workforce applications.
The Met chose NaviSite to manage the institution's Lawson Software, Inc.
and Kronos, Inc. applications. In addition to upgrading all of the
Museum's applications for finance, human resources, and distribution, as
well as assisting with the implementation of workforce management
applications, NaviSite is migrating the Museum to a fully-managed
application-services solution including best-in-class technology,
high-touch functional and operational support, and continuous application
lifecycle management for Lawson and Kronos.
