HOUSTON, March 21 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The news conference with the 10 crew members aboard space shuttle Endeavour and the International Space Station, originally scheduled for 11:18 p.m. CDT Sunday, March 23, has been moved to an hour earlier, and will begin at 10:18 p.m.
The change in time was made to improve the downlink television capability from the space station.
Media may ask questions from NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston; NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida; and NASA Headquarters in Washington. The phone bridge used for after business hours briefings will not be available. A portion of the news conference will be set aside for Japanese reporters at the Johnson Space Center and a French radio network selected by the European Space Agency.
To participate in the news conference, U.S. journalists must call the public affairs office at their preferred NASA center by 4 p.m. CDT, Friday, March 21.
NASA Television will provide live coverage of the 40-minute news conference. For NASA TV downlink, schedule and streaming video information, visit:
