BEIJING, July 3 MonArc-Corp-on-spam
BEIJING, July 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - MonArc Corporation,
www.monacorporation.com (Pink Sheets: MONA). The issuer has been made aware of
certain spam and slanderous types of messages that appear to be originating
from the issuer's previous domain name. The issuer has identified the
malicious perpetrator as WPSnet International
(http://www.wpsnet.com/script/site/default.asp). It also appears that the Pink
Sheets has identified the perpetrator in the past and issued a "Caveat Emptor"
rating on WPSnet International with this verbiage: Spam - The security is the
subject of spam. Investigation of Fraud - There is a known investigation of
fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders; including suspension
of trading of the perpetrators stock by the SEC. The issuer has received an
express apology from WPSnet International agent with a written formal apology
to be immediately forthcoming. No written apology was received by the issuer
despite several requests. The reasons for these malicious messages are still
unknown to the issuer, however it is clear to the issuer that the motives and
intent to discredit the issuers security and share price was WPS goal.
Notwithstanding, the issuer has instructed its corporate advisor in
Toronto Canada to commence legal proceedings forthwith against WPSnet
International and its principals. The issuer is aware that these types of
false and misleading messages serve only 1 purpose which is apparent on their
face. The issuer being an online Internet business takes these slanderous and
false messages seriously. Mr Yong Chan said "Preserving shareholder equity and
rights is our top priority. We do not intend to sit idle while this
perpetrator engages in these types of activities from Europe, where our
security just happens to be short sold the most." The issuer intends to expand
the scope of its litigation against other organizations that harbour these
types of activities without further notice.
The common shares of the Company are currently listed in the USA (symbol
MONA) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xe:GZWM)
