MIAMI - (Business Wire) Mobile Insight today announced the addition of Robin Boniface as chief operating officer. In this role, Ms. Boniface is responsible for the operations, oversight and development of the Mobile Insight application, as well as client service. Mobile Insight is a wireless handheld-based field force automation, compliance and reporting application that was developed to help field teams more efficiently manage their business.

Through her 25 years in the Telecom Industry, Ms. Boniface developed her expertise in providing companies experiencing high growth with sales systems and processes to allow rapid progress against aggressive sales goals. She has created operational efficiency for Fortune 100 companies, making growth of 400% possible, while decreasing cost by 50%.

Ms. Boniface earned a BA in Business Computer Information Systems from The College of Notre Dame of Maryland and began her early career as a programmer, systems designer and systems engineer working for companies such as Datapoint and Northern Telecom. Robin held various sales positions with Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), Bell Atlantic Meridian Systems and served as Sales VP Nextel Retail. She also held various operating roles, including Director of National Customer Support for Nortel, Director of Nextel Marketing Operations, VP Nextel Activations and Fulfillment and VP of Operations for Nextel’s Retail startup. She earned a Masters in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University in 2000. Most recently she held the positions of VP of Sales Operations, supporting all Nextel sales channels and VP Merger Integration for Sprint Nextel providing senior leadership of acquisition integration.
