ALBERT LEA, Minn. - (Business Wire) Alliance Benefit Group Financial Services, Corp., announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Red Wing, Minnesota based RGS & Associates, Inc., an employee benefits consulting firm with an emphasis on healthcare. RGS & Associates, Inc. has changed its name to Alliance Benefit Group of Red Wing.
Alliance Benefit Group Financial Services, Corp. was very familiar with RGS & Associates and owner Ron Schiemann. “We have known of each other for some time, since we had some common clients,” stated Brad Arends, President and CEO at Alliance Benefit Group Financial Services, Corp.
The acquisition helps expand the healthcare practice for Alliance Benefit Group Financial Services Corp. “We have a fairly significant healthcare consulting practice and it is a robust and growing part of our organization. This acquisition complimented our existing practice,” Arends commented.
