BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- 07/31/08 -- As the Future Shop Online Community celebrates its one-year anniversary, Canadians are invited to watch a panel of representatives from leading hardware, software and networking organizations discuss what to look for when shopping for a computer this back-to-school season. These experts will also provide insight into what the future of computing technology holds over the next few years.

The first 1,000 online viewers to enter the discussion will have the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers. Any questions not addressed during the discussion will be answered after the debate by a panel of Future Shop Product Experts.

What: Future Shop Community Forum Video Live Chat event with representatives from Microsoft, HP, and D-Link; moderated by Joel Cohen.

Topic: The Future of Computing

When: Tuesday, August 12, 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (EST)
