MOOSE JAW, SASKATCHEWAN -- 07/03/09 --
-The Air Force will hold a news conference on July 6 at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan at 14:00 local time for the release of the Flight Safety Investigation Report (FSIR) into the May 18, 2007 crash of Snowbird Tutor CT114159 at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana.
The FSIR, which contains the final facts, findings and recommendations made by the Directorate of Flight Safety (DFS) associated with this accident, will be available July 6, 2009 on the DFS website at www.airforce.forces.gc.ca/dfs/.
Interested media are asked to arrive at the Colonel OB Philip Complex at 15 Wing Moose Jaw no later than 13:30. For more information please contact Lieutenant (Navy) David Lavallee at 204-833-2500 ext 2029.
