This year’s “50 Great Places to Work” winners were selected based on numerous workplace measures such as challenging and interesting work, great work-life balance, opportunities for learning and advancement, and employee recognition programs. The largest factor in determining this year’s winners rested on the employee survey portion of the award where employees were asked for feedback on their organization.
