NEW YORK, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The .ME Registry officially opened for
live, real-time registrations July 17, 2008 and was met with huge
international demand. More than 50,000 new me domain names were registered in
the first two days, with the first "live" name registered being: yusu.me. The
first live me domain name registered by a Domainmonster.com
(http://www.domainmonster.com/) customer was bonk.me.
