Experienced leaders will strengthen sales and strategy functions
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA, April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MDS Pharma Services, a leading provider of innovative drug discovery and development solutions, has hired Teresa F. Winslow as Senior Vice President -- Global Business Development and James Miskel as Vice President -- Strategy and Corporate Development. To improve the business' growth profile, Ms. Winslow will direct global business development efforts and Mr. Miskel will focus on strategic partnerships.

Ms. Winslow is an experienced executive leader of business development in the healthcare industry. She was previously President -- Dendrite Americas and Senior Vice President -- Dendrite International, a leading supplier of sales force and marketing effectiveness solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Winslow oversaw all operations, sales and marketing functions and led double-digit growth of the company's largest division. A pharmacist by training, she earned a BS in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
Mr. Miskel joined MDS from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where he was Assistant Vice President for Business Planning & Strategy. He spent much of his career with McKinsey & Company, leading growth strategy, operational improvement, and acquisition work in the Americas and Europe for leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute, both of the University of Pennsylvania, and originally trained as an aeronautical engineer, earning MS and BS degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
