announced that Mark Lazarus, a media and marketing veteran with nearly 20
years of leadership experience, has joined the company as president of media
and marketing.

Prior to joining CS&E, Lazarus was president of Turner Entertainment
Group, where he led all business aspects for Turner's largest division. He
managed all programming, original content, production, sales and marketing for
TBS, TNT, Turner Sports, Cartoon Network, Turner Classic Movies, Tru TV
(formerly Court TV) and their related digital businesses. He led Turner
Broadcasting's entertainment networks into original production, the
acquisition of major off-network entertainment programming and as president of
Turner Sports, negotiated the cable rights to the NBA, NASCAR, MLB, Wimbledon
and the British Open. He also acquired the Internet rights to NASCAR.com,
PGATOUR.com and PGA.com. Lazarus was part of the team that developed sales
strategies and the selling of Turner Field sponsorships and Philips Arena
naming rights and sponsorships.
