WHAT:	ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq: MANT), will announce second quarter financial results on Wednesday, July 29, 2009, after the market close. Following the release, ManTech will host a conference call to discuss the second quarter results, as well as comment on the outlook for 2009.

WHO:	On the call will be George J. Pedersen, Chairman of the Board and CEO; Lawrence B. Prior, III, President and COO; and Kevin M. Phillips, Executive Vice President and CFO.
